About Company
West Bengal Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited was created under Transport Department, Government of West Bengal with an aim to make it a dedicated Engineering Wing for taking development works. It was incorporate under Company’s Act, 1956 in the year 1996.
The proposal of the Transport Department was approved by the Cabinet on 26.02.1996. Accordingly, the West Bengal Transport Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (herein after mentioned as the said company) has been set up.
